Catherine Ricker

Catherine Ricker currently serves as Operations Team Lead at Ascent Global Logistics since October 2022, following a role as Operations Specialist – OBC. Prior to this, Catherine worked as a Logistics Coordinator at The Home Depot Rental, overseeing large equipment logistics across two regions and optimizing routing processes. Catherine also held the position of Logistics Coordinator at Ascent Global Logistics, managing customer shipment requests and providing feedback for process improvements. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Comcast as a Universal Customer Support Specialist. Catherine is pursuing an Associate's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Henry Ford College, complementing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
