Rahul Kumai

Rahul Kumai is a seasoned executive search and recruitment professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Consultant for Executive Search at Ascent Global Partners since September 2024, Rahul has previously held roles including Executive Search Consultant at HYRE from September 2021 to February 2024, where a focus on digital transformation in recruitment was key. Prior to that, experience as a Technology Consultant at Experis Executive from January 2018 to September 2021 emphasized high-value executive searches in the technology sector in Japan. Earlier positions include Associate Consultant for Technology at Harvey Nash Executive Search, Co-Founder of Workforce Asia, and Research Lead at both OS2i and Arden Systems.
