Darla Delph has diverse work experience spanning over three decades.

Darla began their career as an RN Staff Nurse in the Operating Room at GRANT MEDICAL CENTER, CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL, where they worked for 17 years.

After that, they worked as a Field Nurse in Home Care at Nursefinders for five years before transitioning to the role of Post Market Medical Safety & Surveillance Specialist at Abbott Nutrition. Here, they were responsible for tracking and trending medical complaints, investigating adverse events, and assisting with risk management activities.

Darla then worked as a Sr. Post Market Clinical Specialist at Valident Consulting, focusing on clinical evaluations and complaint review/reportability decisions.

Next, they joined Medical Action Industries as a Nurse Consultant, overseeing site reviews, training clinical consultants, and promoting the use of LEAN methodology in operating rooms.

Darla also worked as an RN Staff Nurse in the Operating Room at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for three years, gaining experience in various surgical procedures.

Darla'sroles at DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson and MAETRICS involved supporting complaint handling and medical device reporting activities, providing guidance and direction to peers, and maintaining expertise in FDA regulations.

Most recently, they worked as a Sr. Clinical Consultant/Quality Engineer at QualityHub, Inc., where they focused on in vitro diagnostic remediation and clinical support for FDA submissions.

Throughout their career, Darla has consistently demonstrated expertise in clinical processes, complaint management, and regulatory compliance, making their a valuable asset in the healthcare industry.

Darla Delph has pursued higher education at Ohio University, where they obtained a Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Nursing Education. Darla also completed a Master's degree in Nurse Educator from the same institution.
