Darla Delph has diverse work experience spanning over three decades.

Darla began their career as an RN Staff Nurse in the Operating Room at GRANT MEDICAL CENTER, CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL, where they worked for 17 years.

After that, they worked as a Field Nurse in Home Care at Nursefinders for five years before transitioning to the role of Post Market Medical Safety & Surveillance Specialist at Abbott Nutrition. Here, they were responsible for tracking and trending medical complaints, investigating adverse events, and assisting with risk management activities.

Darla then worked as a Sr. Post Market Clinical Specialist at Valident Consulting, focusing on clinical evaluations and complaint review/reportability decisions.

Darla Delph has pursued higher education at Ohio University, where they obtained a Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Nursing Education. Darla also completed a Master's degree in Nurse Educator from the same institution.
