Steven Roach

Steven Roach is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Ascent Hospitality Management since February 2024, where responsibilities include driving technological vision, strategy, and digital transformation. Previously, at FOCUS Brands from September 2019 to January 2024, Steven held the position of SVP, CIO, leading the development of technology roadmaps for a multi-brand international food and beverage company. Prior roles include SVP, CIO at F.A.B., Inc. Frosty Acres Brands, where significant improvements in system uptime and employee satisfaction were achieved, and Vice President IT & CISO at FOCUS Brands, where the implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics ERP system led to substantial cost savings. Steven began their career as Systems and Business Analysis Manager at Panasonic Automotive Systems, focusing on IT service delivery and cost reduction initiatives. Steven holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from Florida State University.
