Alexandra Hemns (MCIPD, ACC)

Alexandra Hemns has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent development. Alexandra is currently the Head of People and Development at Ascent, where they are responsible for creating strategic priorities and the people agenda for a scaling business across Europe. Alexandra works closely with the C Suite on various people initiatives, including M&A activity, budget planning, and culture evolution.

Prior to their current role, Alexandra was a Senior Talent Development Specialist at Herman Miller from 2019 to 2021. Alexandra also served as the Senior HR Manager (equivalent to Head of HR) at Adam Matthew Digital from 2015 to 2019, where they led the HR function and developed HR strategies to support the business.
