Alexandra Hemns has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent development. Alexandra is currently the Head of People and Development at Ascent, where they are responsible for creating strategic priorities and the people agenda for a scaling business across Europe. Alexandra works closely with the C Suite on various people initiatives, including M&A activity, budget planning, and culture evolution.
