Alex Koster

Alex Koster serves as the VP of Global HR Operations at Ascential since January 2015, leading a team of 16 in HR, payroll, and HRIS to adapt to evolving business demands. Previously, Alex held roles including Director of Human Resources Operations and Head of Global HR Operations, focusing on optimizing HR processes and implementing a unified HRIS strategy post-IPO. Earlier experience includes HR Project Manager at WGSN during its merger with Stylesight and various positions at emap, where responsibilities spanned learning and development and HR advisory roles. Alex holds a BSc (Hons) in Graphic Media Studies from the University of Hertfordshire.
