Kidist Zena

Kidist Zena has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 1995, they worked as an Accountant in various contract positions until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they served as a European Accountant at Level3 Telecommunications. Following that, they held the role of Finance Manager at NPL Ltd for a short period in 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Financial Controller at Axway. Kidist then joined ThruPoint as an EMEA Finance Manager from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the European Controller at Acucorp, where they managed the finance function, as well as administration, legal, and HR functions for EMEA. From 2007 to 2014, they were the EMEA Financial Controller at Verint Systems, responsible for various finance-related tasks and implementing finance systems and process improvements. Kidist then worked as a Consultant at interim management & consulting from 2014 to 2015. Since 2015, they held different roles at Verifone, including Regional Controller for Europe and then EMEA, until 2020. Currently, they are the Global R2R Finance Director at Ascential, starting in October 2021.

From 1994 to 1999, Kidist Zena attended CIMA and obtained a professional degree in Accounting.
