Debbie Battaglia, MBA, has over 30 years of experience in marketing and communications. Their most recent role is as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Ascentium Capital, where they are responsible for setting the company's marketing strategy and managing a team of professionals. Prior to this, Debbie worked as a Marketing Consultant and Contractor, providing services to small and mid-sized businesses. Debbie also served as a Consultant and Part-Time Marketing Director at The Solutions Group Inc, where they worked with clients in various industries to develop strategic marketing plans. Earlier in their career, Debbie held leadership positions at companies such as EverBank Commercial Finance, CIT, Newcourt, and AT&T Capital, where they gained experience in branding, advertising, and managing marketing functions. Debbie holds an MBA and has a demonstrated track record of driving growth and achieving measurable results.

Debbie Battaglia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing, which they obtained from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus during the years 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Major with a Studio Art Minor at Skidmore College between 1989 and 1992. Additionally, they have obtained an Inbound certification from HubSpot in December 2016.
