Gary Houchins

Gary Houchins has extensive experience in small business underwriting and credit management, currently serving in a credit role at Ascentium Capital since January 2012. Prior to this position, Gary served as Vice President and Small Business Underwriting Manager at Sterling Bank, overseeing the statewide Bank to Business Underwriting process. Additional experience includes managing escalated credit issues as Vice President and National Small Business Underwriting Manager at Washington Mutual, and serving as Vice President for Small Business Financial Services at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included managing loans across multiple states. Gary holds a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
