Mike Ponomarenko

Mike Ponomarenko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike is currently working at ASCON as the Head of Manufacturing Solution, where they focus on research and development in the digitalization of manufacturing. Mike manages the processes of designing their MES system and factory digital twin.

Prior to their current role, Mike worked as a Design Engineer at Forza Engineering, where they enjoyed the process of designing and inventing new things using various materials.

Mike also worked at KOTTA Container as a Senior Design Engineer, where they developed a technology for handling bulk cargo, including designing new types of ISO containers and automatic adapter spreaders.

In addition, Mike has experience at Meditech as a Lead Design Engineer, where they developed a laminar flow box and an automated system for handling medical waste.

Furthermore, they worked as a Project Manager at Power Machines, PJSC, where they trained personnel in LEAN manufacturing and system engineering. Mike also implemented and adapted production processes, diagnosed and eliminated root causes of KPI failure, and developed new processes for tool usage.
