SAP Solution Support Lead at ASDA

Mark Dawson has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as SAP Solution Support Lead and previously as Application Maintenance Manager at Asda since May 2018. Prior to this, Mark spent over 15 years at The British Library, where roles included Head of Application Support, managing multiple teams responsible for key library applications, and Head of Service Assurance, overseeing IT service improvement initiatives. Additionally, Mark held positions such as Discovery and Digital Services Infrastructure Manager, focusing on digital service expansion, and Desktop Services Manager, responsible for the support of approximately 3000 desktop and laptop computers. Mark holds a PGD in IT from De Montfort University and an HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
