Henry Yu

Henry Yu (Ying Hsien) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at ASE Group Global since May 2018, Henry has a robust background that includes a tenure as Program Manager at Texas Instruments from April 1993 to April 2018. Prior to that, Henry worked as a Senior Process Engineer at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) from July 1990 to April 1993 and as a Senior Engineer at Kao Hsin Printed Circuit Board Inc. from July 1987 to June 1990.
