Pauline Hector

Pauline Hector is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and commercial management. Currently serving as Sales and Commercial Manager and previously Sales Planning Manager at Asendia since July 2012, Pauline oversees the harmonization and coordination of sales processes across multiple regions including Europe, the US, and Asia, while managing budgets and action plans in collaboration with marketing and communication departments. Prior experience includes a decade at LA POSTE DGM, where Pauline held the roles of Key Account Manager, responsible for managing international postal offers, and Chef de Marché Export, focusing on export client management and tailored solutions. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Toulouse School of Management and a Maitrise de Chimie from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
