Andrea Chaves Ramírez

Andrea Chaves Ramírez is a seasoned UX/UI designer and strategist with extensive experience at Asesoftware since September 2021, where currently holds the position of UX Strategy Leader, involved in projects related to DesignOps and the UX Team Strategy. Previous roles include UX Strategy Senior and Intermediate, with contributions to significant clients such as Equidad Seguros, the Ministry of Finance of Colombia, and Ecopetrol, among others. Prior to Asesoftware, Andrea co-founded Arcobaleno, managing brand creation and business development, and served as Director of Communications at Culto Gallery, handling content development and event logistics. Additional roles include a Master's Degree internship with STABILO International GmbH and work as a Curatorial Department Assistant at Museo de Arte Moderno de Bogotá. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from Universidad de Los Andes and a Master's Degree in Business Design from Domus Academy, with current enrollment in a Health Coach Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
