Hailey Cavaness

Hailey Cavaness is an accomplished Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company since July 2023. Prior to this role, Cavaness held various positions at Nevada Gold Mines, including Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2019 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Analyst and Recruiting Intern at Barrick Gold Corporation, along with a brief stint as a Human Resources Intern. Cavaness holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
