Barry Wurgler

Barry Wurgler is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law, having served as General Counsel for Ash Properties since August 2019, with previous tenures at the company. Notably, Wurgler has developed numerous legal templates, provided training, managed outside counsel, and litigated various real estate matters. Prior roles include Senior Real Estate Attorney at Phillips Edison & Company, where significant cost reductions in legal fees were achieved through in-house leasing deals.
