Colin Howe

Colin Howe has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Director of Engineering at Ashby since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Coach, Advisor, and Mentor for various startups from November 2018. In their role as the Interim Head of Engineering at Prolific from October 2020 to September 2021, Colin played a significant role in rebuilding the hiring process and expanding the engineering team. Colin also served as the CTO at Juggle Jobs from May 2017 to October 2018, where they aimed to increase gender equality in the workplace. Colin took a career break from January to May 2017. Before that, Colin held the position of CTO at Conversocial from April 2013 to December 2016 and also served as the VP of Engineering. Colin started their career at Conversocial as a Senior Developer in June 2010. Colin's professional journey includes roles as a Consultant at CHP Consulting and Consultant and Technical Director at Sonnet Models. Colin began their career as a Software Developer at Ensoft.

Colin Howe pursued their higher education from 2003 to 2006 at the University of Cambridge where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
