Stevie Rangel

Stevie Rangel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, property management, and business analysis. Currently serving as an Associate Business Management Analyst at the California Department of Industrial Relations since March 2023, Stevie also operates as a Realtor® with Ashby & Graff® Real Estate. Previous roles include Property Manager at Treehouse, where Stevie significantly improved tenant relations and accelerated repair completion rates, and Realtor® at Compass. Earlier experiences include managing construction projects and administrative functions at Green Rocket Design & Technology and Indra & Co., where Stevie oversaw major projects and expanded real estate portfolios.
