Molly Byford

Molly Byford has extensive experience in compliance and leadership roles, currently serving as a Compliance Assistant and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Ashdown Phillips since August 2021, where Molly also held the position of Compliance Administrator. Prior to this, Molly was the President of St John's Common Room from July 2020 to June 2021 and worked as an Office Administrator at Ashdown Phillips from June 2015 to December 2019. Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Durham, St John's College, from 2017 to 2020.
