Steve Salisbury

Steve Salisbury is an experienced building and facilities management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Building Manager at Ashdown Phillips since May 2022, Steve previously held the position of Shopping Center Manager from May 2022 to April 2023. Prior roles include Facilities Manager at Incentive FM from May 2013 to May 2022, Operations Manager (seconded) and Security Manager at Mitie from July 2008 to April 2013, and Hotel Manager at Paradise Village from March 2006 to July 2008. Steve's career began in various roles related to security management and retail crime coordination from September 2000 to March 2006, as well as serving as Nightclub Manager at Hilton Hotels Worldwide from August 1996 to December 1999. Steve is a graduate of Wootton Upper School, completing studies there between 1990 and 1996.
