Janice Flowers is a student at Ashford University pursuing a BA in Early Childhood Education. Janice has extensive experience in culinary management, having served in the US Army for 18 years. As a Senior Culinary Management Supervisor, Janice provided technical guidance on food programs for over 1,000 personnel. Janice also worked as an Advanced Culinary Manager, overseeing a team of 500 employees and implementing operational efficiency strategies.
