Adam Melson

Adam Melson is an Acquisitions Associate at Ashford Inc. since June 2023, an alternative asset management company active in real estate and hospitality. Prior to this, Adam completed an MBA at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and worked as a Summer Associate in Structured Investments at Invesco US. Adam has significant experience in real estate private equity, having served as Director of Fund Operations and Senior Analyst at Phoenix Capital Management, where the firm has completed over 200 transactions totaling more than $7 billion. Early career experience includes roles at KPMG US in Alternative Investments. Adam holds a BBA in Accounting with an Economics Minor and an M.S. in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
