Angel Bright is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Acting Head of Strategy, Process, and Digitalization Team at the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ in Qatar since August 2011. With over 15 years in the construction industry, Angel has held key positions such as Senior Project Engineer and Senior Planning Engineer, demonstrating expertise in delivering complex projects, leading teams, and implementing project management methodologies.
