Project Management

The Project Management team at Ashghal oversees the comprehensive lifecycle of infrastructure and public building projects in Qatar. Their responsibilities include planning, design, procurement, construction, delivery, and asset management to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects, in alignment with the Qatar National Vision 2030. This team works collaboratively with other stakeholders to govern major projects such as roads, drainage systems, schools, hospitals, and other public buildings, contributing to the economic and social development of the State of Qatar.
