Abdulla N al-Khalifa

Abdulla N AL-Khalifa currently serves as a Project Manager and previously held the position of Project Engineer within the Buildings Projects Department at the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ in Qatar since January 2018. In May 2023, Abdulla assumed the role of Program Management Office Lead at ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي until May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Project Engineer in the Engineering Department at Hamad Medical Corporation from January 2016 to January 2018. Abdulla obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Qatar University (2011-2016) and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Portsmouth (2019-2020), and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Management at Qatar University (January 2023 - June 2026).
