Jordan McFarlane has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2013 as an Editorial Intern at Europe Direct, European Documentation Centre. In 2018, they worked as a Client Tracking Officer at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC). From 2019 onwards, they joined the Ashinaga Foundation, where they held various roles including Student Relations Coordinator, Senior Student Relations Coordinator, and Student Relations and Programming Manager. In these positions, they were involved in designing and implementing leadership development strategies, managing teams, and creating social action and advocacy projects for scholarship recipients. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director at the Ashinaga Foundation.
Jordan McFarlane earned a Bachelor's Degree in BA English Language and Spanish from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. In 2012 to 2013, Jordan participated in an Erasmus / Study Abroad program at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, focusing on Spanish and Iberian Studies. Subsequently, Jordan pursued a Master's Degree in MSc Econ International Relations at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which was completed from 2016 to 2019.
