Livia Cintra Melo Ferro

Livia Cintra Melo Ferro is an experienced professional currently serving as the Marketing, Fundraising, and Partnerships Coordinator at Ashinaga Foundation since May 2023. Prior to this role, Livia was the Lusophone Program Coordinator at the same organization. Livia has also worked as an Advocacy Project Officer at Forum Ziviler Friedensdienst e.V., where significant contributions included developing a national advocacy strategy and conducting conflict analysis focused on the Caraga region in the Philippines. Earlier experiences include a research volunteer position at the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, providing legal support and undertaking human rights research, and serving as a Communication Assistant for Tuptuptup NGO through UNV Online, where Livia worked on awareness strategies for SDGs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Livia holds two Master's degrees in Human Rights and Democratisation from the Global Campus of Human Rights and Utrecht University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas.
