Jack Nielsen

Jack Nielsen is a Senior Systems Engineer at Ashland Inc., a position held since December 1998, with over 15 years of expertise in designing, deploying, and managing an Active Directory infrastructure for more than 20,000 users. Key responsibilities include managing and supporting Active Directory, DNS/WINS, OUs, GPOs, and monitoring overall Active Directory health using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). Additionally, Jack has experience with Enterprise Symantec Endpoint Protection for all workstations and machines, as well as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Prior to this role, Jack served as a Network Administrator at TLG Electronics from January 1989 to December 1998.
