Milind Mandlik

Milind Mandlik has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Milind currently serves as the Supply Chain Director - Asia Pacific at Ashland since November 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Ashland, including Regional Director Supply Chain - Rest Of Asia and Supply Chain Manager - South Asia. Before joining Ashland, they worked as the Head of Supply Chain at Tata Interactive Systems from July 2013 to June 2014. Milind also served as the Head of Supply Chain Services at Huntsman from September 2010 to May 2013. Additionally, Milind Mandlik has previous experience at Covestro (Former Bayer MaterialScience) in various supply chain management roles, such as Head of Supply Chain Center and Manager - Order Management in Hong Kong. Milind began their career at Godrej in 2000 as an Officer, where they supervised materials management and ensured compliance with ISO 9001 procedures.

Milind Mandlik has a diverse education history. Milind completed a Post Graduate Executive Management Program in Business Administration and Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2017-2018. In 2015, they pursued a Management Course on Warehouse Design and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, in 2005, they attended a Training Course in Business Administration and Management at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. In 2000-2001, they obtained a Diploma in Material's Management from Prin. L.N. Welingkar's Institute of Management & Research. Milind holds a Bachelor's Degree of Commerce with a focus on Finance and Market Research from the University of Mumbai, which they completed between 1997 and 2000. Milind Mandlik also holds additional certifications, including Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn, and being Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) from APICS, which they achieved in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
