Bradley started their career in 1978 as a Sales Associate at McMahon's Furniture & Homemaker's Furniture, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and managing the entire buying experience. In 1978, they became a Store Manager at McMahan's Furniture, Homemaker's Furniture, & Wicke's Furniture, where they developed strong customer relationships, implemented sales strategies, and managed various aspects of the business. In 2009, Bradley joined Ashley Furniture Industries as a General Manager, leading retail sales and store operations. Bradley later became a Corporate Trainer, responsible for developing and implementing relationship-based sales programs. Currently, Bradley holds the position of Vice President of International Retail/Operations at Ashley Furniture Industries.
