Charles Spang

Charles Spang has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as EVP International and National Account Sales, Continuous Improvement at Ashley Furniture Industries since September 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles within the company, including Chief Global Sales Officer from April 2021 to September 2023 and International and National Account Sales, Continuous Improvement from September 2023 onwards. Before joining Ashley Furniture Industries, Charles served as COO at Hill Country Holdings from May 2009 to May 2010. Charles also held the position of President at Ashley Furniture HomeStores from January 1999 to May 2009. Charles began their career at Ruan Transport Corporation, where they worked as Executive Vice President from 1986 to 1999.

Charles Spang attended Winona State University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
