Keith Branes

Keith Branes is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT Enterprise Services at Ashley Furniture Industries since May 2006. In this role, Keith oversees IT Service Management, IT Service Desk Operations, and collaboration services including SharePoint and technical communications. Keith has also held multiple process ownership roles such as Enterprise Service Management Product Owner, IT Problem Management Process Owner, and IT Change Management Process Owner. Prior to their tenure at Ashley Furniture Industries, Keith worked at Walmart from May 2000 to May 2006 in various capacities, including Customer Service Manager. Keith holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
