Roger Pickens

Roger Pickens has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Business Group Manager / General Motors at Ventra Group. In 2001, they joined Polywheels Manufacturing Ltd. as an Executive Director of Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, where they continued until 2008. Currently, Roger serves as the Director of Sales & Advanced Engineering at Ashley Industrial Molding, a position they have held since 2009. In this role, they oversee sales, business development, and advanced engineering, providing unique solutions through advanced material knowledge and design solutions.

Roger Pickens attended Bloomfield Hills Lahser High School from 1975 to 1978, but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during this time. From 1978 to 1982, they attended Central Michigan University, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
