Austin Keeler

Austin Keeler has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Austin is currently working as a Business Analyst at Ashling Partners since July 2021. Prior to that, Austin worked at Halifax Health for nearly 15 years, holding various roles. Austin served as a Senior Compensation and HRIS Analyst from October 2016 to July 2022, where they collaborated with executive leadership to analyze and report demographic data for employee compensation adjustments. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from April 2014 to October 2016, Business Analyst II from May 2011 to April 2014, and Desktop Administrator from January 2007 to May 2011 at Halifax Health.

Austin Keeler completed their education in a sequential manner. Austin first attended the University of Florida from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Business Administration with a focus on Management. After a gap of several years, in 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the UF Hough Graduate School of Business. Alongside their formal education, Austin also obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they earned their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. In the year 2022, they acquired three additional certifications: Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II), Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I), and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), all from Scrum.org.
