Kevin Huggard

Kevin Huggard is an experienced professional with a strong background in process improvement and automation. Kevin has held various leadership positions in different companies, including roles as Vice President and Director. Throughout their career, Kevin has established Centers of Excellence, implemented emergent technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning, and led process improvement and automation efforts across different departments and organizations. Kevin has also managed large teams and portfolios, successfully executing strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, customer focus, and cost reduction. Kevin's expertise in Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies has consistently delivered measurable business process improvements throughout their career.

Kevin Huggard's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, obtained before 2001. Kevin later pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) degree with a specialization in Quality and Project Management from Madonna University, which they completed before 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin has obtained various certifications to enhance their skill set. Kevin earned the certifications of Automation Pro I & II from Workato in August 2022, Certified Advanced RPA Developer from UiPath in December 2018, and Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education in July 2018.

Kevin also holds several certifications related to process improvement and quality management. Kevin achieved the Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Motorola in 2010, the Design for Six Sigma certification from Motorola in 2009, and the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Motorola in 2008. Kevin further gained expertise in Lean Manufacturing Systems through a certification from General Motors in 2007 and acquired statistical engineering skills with the Red X (Statistical Engineering) certification from General Motors in 2004. Lastly, Kevin obtained the RPA Developer certification from UiPath - Robotic Process Automation in August 2017.
