Rak Singh

Rak Singh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2016, they joined SapientRazorfish as the Vice President of Delivery Management, where they were responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of omnichannel Digital Marketing and B2B/B2C Commerce engagements.

In 2017, Rak Singh moved on to Capgemini, where they served as the North America Commerce and Content Solution Engineering and Delivery Lead until 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked at SMITH as the Vice President of Growth and Optimization, and later as the Senior Vice President of Delivery. Rak played a key role in driving commerce solutions and experiences for clients, supporting over $38 billion in annual revenue.

During their time at SMITH, Rak Singh co-founded Delightful Rentals LLC in 2013, a company that they continue to be involved in.

In 2014, they also took part in founding A Hungry Child, a nonprofit organization focused on addressing hunger-related issues.

Most recently, Rak Singh joined Ashling Partners in 2022 as the Global Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they work with intelligent process automation technologies to drive process improvement and enhance employee and customer engagement for clients.

Rak Singh holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh, as well as a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Emarsys Marketing Platform Professional from Emarsys in April 2021, Business Analytics: From Data to Insights from The Wharton School in February 2021, and Certified Negotiator from Scotwork in 2016. Rak also has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, although the institution and specific details are not provided.
