Amit Dubey

Amit Dubey is a Deputy Manager in the Aftermarket division at Ashok Leyland, responsible for managing new product campaigns across the Lucknow region, leading the Breakdown Tatkal support team, maximizing channel partner revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, promoting various service products, facilitating warranty settlements, and supporting channel partners in troubleshooting. Amit joined Ashok Leyland as a Graduate Engineering Trainee shortly after completing a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur in 2019. Prior to this role, Amit completed a summer internship at Tata Motors, focusing on verifying Standard Man Hours and improving performance metrics in the Trim Line 3.
