Nikhil Sud

Nikhil Sud has a diverse work experience in the fields of technology policy, law, and strategic initiatives. Nikhil is currently working at Ashoka University as a Professor in Tech Policy & Law and also serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Albright Stonebridge Group from 2018 to 2023. From 2013 to 2017, Nikhil worked as an Attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP.

Nikhil Sud graduated from Yale Law School with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in the year 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Yale University in the year 2010. Additionally, they hold membership in the District of Columbia Bar and the Massachusetts Bar.
