Doug Jacobs has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Doug began their career in 1993 as a Sales Counselor for Beazer Homes and later worked for Phillips Builders as a Senior Sales Associate/Trainer. Doug joined Meritage Homes in 2013 and held various roles including Sales Counselor/Mentor/Trainer, Division Sales Manager/Principal Broker, and Director of Sales/Principal Broker. In 2019, they joined Keller Williams and worked as a Director of New Home Sales. Doug then joined Davidson Homes in 2020 as the Director of Sales and Marketing. From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Opendoor as the Central Region Homebuilder Partner Success Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ashton Woods Homes, starting in 2023.
