Tara South

Tara South, CPA, has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Tara began their career at McBride, Lock and Associates CPA as an auditor from September 2005 to November 2007. Tara then joined McGladrey & Pullen, LLP as a Senior Audit Associate from November 2007 to March 2009. Following that, they worked at Beazer Homes as a Senior Accountant from August 2009 to November 2011. Since December 2011, Tara has been with Ashton Woods Homes, where they have held various roles including Assistant Controller from December 2011 to August 2015, Controller from August 2015 to September 2015, Director of Finance from September 2015 to August 2018, and currently as the VP of Finance, starting from August 2018.

Tara South, CPA, pursued their education in accounting with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting at Central Missouri State University, from 2001 to 2005. Tara furthered their studies by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Management from Rockhurst University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009.
