Anita Cade is a partner in our intellectual property and media practice and practice head of the intellectual property, media practice.

Anita focuses on all areas of contentious and non-contentious IP and media law. Clients entrust her to advise them on IP and media matters from their inception through to development, commercialisation, enforcement, protection and ultimate divestment.

On the commercial front, Anita assists clients in major commercial and infrastructure transactions and has expertise in complex content licensing, advertising, marketing, sponsorship, production and talent agreements and media regulation.

On the enforcement and defence side, Anita regularly advises and acts in trade mark, copyright, patent, consumer protection and breach of confidence disputes in the Federal Court of Australia.
