Michael Macdermott has extensive work experience in the IT field. Michael started their career in 1999 as an IT Engineer at IT Intelligence. Michael then worked as a Software Support Engineer at Coretime from 2001 to 2003. After that, they joined Sage as a Technical Support Specialist from 2003 to 2005. Michael then moved on to Ashville Media as an IT Manager from 2005 to 2011. Following this, they worked as an Operations Director at Evad IT Solutions from 2011 to 2015.
