Stacey Brown

Stacey Brown is a PCQI and HACCP Certified professional with extensive experience in food safety and product development. Currently serving as cGMP and SQF Food Safety Auditor and Consultant at ASI - Your Food Safety Partners since June 2019, Stacey also operates as an independent business owner at StaceyB Enterprises LLC, conducting GMP audits and specializing in food product development. Previous roles include Senior Research Scientist at Pepperidge Farm, Innovation and Bakery Technology Consultant at King's Hawaiian, and freelance product designer at Food Professional. Over a decade at Nestle R&D Inc involved leading the design of dough-based products for major brands. Earlier experience includes managing bakery operations at Whole Foods Market. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's in Food Science from Kansas State University, a Patisserie Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu, and multiple certifications related to food safety and culinary arts.
