Chris Nheu has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and product management field. Chris is currently serving as the Global Head of Product & Strategy for Asia Innovations Group, where they led the creation and launch of the Generative AI & avatar social discovery app Orbit, achieving industry benchmarks for retention and user-generated content rates. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategy & UX Project Lead at FunPlus, delivering automated competitive insights reports and leading global research projects.

Chris also has experience as a Product Lead at Stey, where they defined a strategic product roadmap and implemented key features for the hotel service. Chris served as the Head of Product for Voice AI at Wonder Technology, launching a voice-based emotion AI app and developing a B2B data tagging tool. As the Founding Team & Head of Product at Mad Paws, they managed the complete product portfolio and exponentially grew the company's revenue. Chris also founded Discover Qi, an e-commerce business that achieved significant monthly recurring revenue and optimized marketing conversion funnels.

Additionally, Chris was a Delegate at the China Australia Millennial Project, where they led a cross-cultural team to a victorious pitch competition. Chris began their career as a Product Manager at Apricus Australia, launching a successful solar thermal product line with high efficiency rates.

Chris Nheu (饶乃昆) completed a Bachelor of Photovoltaics and Solar Energy Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Arts, from UNSW between 2008 and 2013. Their areas of study included Engineering, Physics, Built Environment, and Chinese Studies. In 2014 and 2015, Chris attended General Assembly and obtained a certification in Product Management. Chris also completed a Postgraduate Course Work in Computer Science at UNSW in 2015. In 2016, they enrolled in an IT Masters Short Course in Business Analysis at Charles Sturt University. Prior to their university education, Chris completed their Higher School Certificate, specializing in 4 Unit Maths, at Ryde Secondary College from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in web development and computer science, including certifications from freeCodeCamp, Udemy, Coursera, and edX.
