Pasindu Perera

Pasindu Perera is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and equity research. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking at Asia Securities since June 2020, Pasindu leads an analysis team focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt capital raising transactions. Prior roles include Vice President at Asia Securities, Head of Research at Candor Equities Limited, and Manager Research at Asha Phillip Securities, where responsibilities entailed formulating equity research strategies covering significant market segments. Early career experiences included roles at Kenanga Investment Corporation and Seylan Merchant Bank, encompassing corporate finance and financial management.
