Francesco Romagnoni

Francesco Romagnoni currently serves as the Head of Quality and Training at EXERA since April 2023, focusing on enhancing team performance and service quality through the coordination of internal processes and the development of technical and commercial training. Additionally, since February 2016, Francesco has held the position of Strategy Analyst at Myanmar Strategic Holdings. Prior experience includes serving as Area Manager for Ostello Bello from May 2012 to January 2016, where Francesco was responsible for the startup and management of a growing hostel company with a total of 500 beds in Myanmar.
