Noya Wang

Noya Wang, P.E., S.E. is a Director of Public Works at the City of Rosemead. Previously, served as a President of Planning Commission at the City of Alhambra and as a Civil Engineer at the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts. Holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
