Aseem Mehta

Aseem Mehta is a Litigation Staff Attorney at Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus, previously serving as a Meselson-Liman Legal Fellow at the same organization. Mehta has also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Additionally, Mehta has experience as a Summer Law Clerk at the New Orleans Workers' Center for Racial Justice and a Legal Intern at the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California. Mehta has a diverse background in human rights, immigration, internet law, and community organizing.
