Assistant Controller, Trust Fund & Administrative Expense Division at Asian Development Bank

Helen Hall is the current Assistant Controller for the Trust Fund & Administrative Expense Division at the Asian Development Bank. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Financial Performance Management and Reporting for the United Nations Development Programme from June 2008 to July 2020. Helen has also worked as the Chief Accountant for UNICEF, where they prepared UNICEF accounting policy, procedures, and financial statements. Helen has also worked as a Principal Auditor for the UK National Audit Office, where they were responsible for various audit assignments in the UK, Technical and Training section, and lastly in the Division Defence.

Helen Hall has a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of Reading. Helen is certified by the TBM Council as a Certified Executive TBM and by LinkedIn in Digital Transformation and Foundations of The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0).

Helen Hall reports to Chai Sun Kim, Controller. They work with Setijo Boentaran - Assistant Controller, Accounting Division, Yoshinobu Tatewaki - Assistant Controller, Loan Administration Division.
