Thiam Hee Ng

Thiam Hee Ng is currently the Director of the Regional Cooperation & Operations Coordination Division at the Asian Development Bank. Prior to this, they were an Economist at UNIDO from October 2000 to April 2009. Before that, they were an Economist at Phileo Allied from August 1994 to August 1995. Her first job was as an Economist at the Central Bank of Malaysia from July 1990 to August 1994.

Thiam Hee Ng has a PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and O levels from Raffles Institution.

They are on a team with Eleonora Windisch - Advisor & Head, Portfolio, Results, & Quality Control Unit, Manmohan Parkash - Deputy Director General, and Norio Saito - Director, Urban Development & Water Division. Thiam Hee Ng reports to Kenichi Yokoyama, Director General, South Asia Department.
